This Privacy Policy applies to VIZZ and its various versions, including the VIZZ web version (hereinafter collectively referred to as "VIZZ," "us," "we," or "our") and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to our products and services as the "Service." Please read on to learn more about our data handling practices. Your use of the Service signifies your agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Service.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us, the services you use, and the choices you make. We gather information about you from various sources and in several ways when you use our services, including:

• Information You Provide Directly: This includes your name, profile name, email address, physical address, online identifiers, gender, and any other details you voluntarily share that may reveal characteristics protected under applicable law.

• Face Data: This includes data processed when you use features to create special effects or emojis for your streams or pictures uploaded on VIZZ Services. Such data is processed offline solely for these purposes, and we will not use it for any other purposes unless we obtain your explicit consent or convert it into de-identified data. We do not use your face data for marketing or advertising, nor do we share it with any third parties. If you use Real-Person Profile Picture Authentication, we collect your profile picture and facial recognition video with your consent to verify your identity and protect against impersonation. We do not store your facial recognition video on our servers; it is only used for verification.

• User Content: When using VIZZ Services, you may contribute various forms of content, including comments, texts, messages, pictures, videos, and audio recordings. All data uploaded, distributed, or streamed through the App is considered "User Content." VIZZ retains and processes this information to comply with applicable content regulations.

• Device Identifiers: When you use our services, we automatically log your Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your device, including identifiers (such as MAC address), device type, operating system, browser, and other software details. As described in the "Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Technologies" section below, our services automatically collect and store these identifiers.

• Information Sharing: By choosing to share information, you acknowledge that you may lose control over how that information is used, and it may become publicly available. VIZZ is not responsible for any use or misuse of shared information. If your conversation partner reports abusive behavior to us, conversation information (such as voice recordings or screenshots) stored only on their device may be transferred to our servers for verification and potential penalties.

• Voluntary Information: You may decline to provide personal data when requested. You can also use web browser or operating system controls to prevent certain types of automatic data collection. However, if you choose not to provide necessary information for certain services, those features may not be available or fully functional.

• Third-Party Services: Analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, and advertising companies may also collect personal data through our services using various technologies.

If you wish to access personal data about you, you may access your account by logging into VIZZ services you use and viewing some of the personal data associated with your account. If you receive promotional emails from us and would like to stop, you can do so by following the directions in those emails. 6. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Protecting user privacy and personal information is a top priority for VIZZ. We make substantial efforts to ensure the privacy of all personally identifiable information you provide. To assist in protecting your data, we request that you use a strong password and never share it with anyone or reuse it across different sites. When you delete your account, VIZZ will stop providing services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN

Our Service is designed for a general audience and is not directed towards children. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) or allow such persons to use our Service. If you are under eighteen (18), please do not attempt to register or provide us with personal information. If we learn that someone under eighteen (18) has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it. The personal data we collect may be stored and processed in your country or region, or in any other country where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, or third-party partners process data. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at our discretion. You may review updates to our Privacy Policy at any time via links on our website. You agree to accept electronic communications or postings of a revised Privacy Policy on VIZZ and the VIZZ website, which constitute notice to you. Please review it frequently.

When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the statement. If we make material changes, we will notify you by publishing a revised Privacy Policy or through a notice on our website, as required by law. You agree to periodically review the Privacy Policy to stay informed of any modifications.
